What is IFD ?
The NCC Education’s International Foundation Diploma (IFD) is an OFQUAL regulated pre-university access qualification which includes a significant amount of English Language and study skills teaching. The course provides progression to university degrees in areas of Business, Computing, Engineering, Finance, Law, Science and Healthcare.

Entry Requirements
To enroll in the IFD programme, students need to meet the following requirements:
- An IELTS score of 4.5 or equivalent
- GCSE/IGCSE ‘O’ Levels or an equivalent
- Alternatively, students can take the free NCC Education Standard English Placement Test which is administered by our Accredited Partner Centres.
- Equivalent qualification in your own country and passed 5 subjects with minimum grades of ‘C’, ‘4’ or equivalent* in each. These should include Mathematics and English.
